Once you request a free Airbnb earnings valuation, our team reviews your property and the local short-term rental market. We then arrange a property viewing to assess suitability. If both parties agree to move forward, we’ll send over a flexible Airbnb management agreement, followed by a step-by-step onboarding process, including compliance checks, listing creation, pricing setup, and guest-ready staging.

Our management agreements are 3 months minimum, with no long-term tie-ins. We believe in earning your trust through results, not locking you in. That said, we recommend giving the property at least 6 months to perform, especially during seasonal shifts in demand.
Yes – just let us know your preferred dates in advance. As a landlord or owner, you retain the right to block out availability for personal use, although we recommend keeping peak seasons open for maximum revenue.
